It's been a crazy few months rockers...and looks like we're just getting started...grabbed a slew of new buds while havin' fun openin' for Faster Pussycat/Dizzy Reed, kickin' it at the Adler's Appetite afterparty, and havin' a blast at an all lokal triple threat rock show at Sky City that packed the house! Yeah rock & roll is hotter than ever! We even had the great Morgan Parham tape the Sky City set for a possible release...yeah rockers been able to get the tunes on the "First Day of Winter" ep but now may be able to get their hands on tracks like "You're So Cruel", "Haven", "Hopefully Helpless", as well as live versions of "Where Are You" and "Chase the Wind." All the while the guys and I have been workin' on some new crazier stuff...titles like "Happy" and "Wide Open"...yeah it's gonna get crazy! Show Review - Sleazeroxx Dot Com

One of our fave websites for the latest in up to date rock news, Canadian site Sleazeroxx recently posted a review of the May 19th Sky City show with Faster Pussycat, GnR's Dizzy Reed, and G-City Rockers saying this about the band:

"Just minutes after nine, Augusta's own G-City Rockers took the stage and used a mix of Guns N' Roses/Backyard Babies inspired originals and covers to kick-start the early crowd. The band's clever use of the opening licks from Faster Pussycat's "Bathroom Wall" over one of their own tunes was a nice touch and their hard as nails version of Charlie Daniel's classic "Long-Haired Country Boy" was a fitting set closer."

...and...

"Overall the show was simply a fun night of rock and roll -- which is how it should be. Dizzy Reed and Faster Pussycat both put on slamming sets filled with a ton of great rock and roll while local opener G-City Rockers held their own with the big boys -- and actually, in the eyes of some in attendance, even managed to top Reed and his 'All-Stars'. That of course is just a matter of opinion -- at the end of the day all that matters is that a room of rock-starved fans got to feast on a fun night of loud, obnoxious, old school rock and roll... and loved it!"
